Motions for Early Termination of Probation

After the Defendant has successfully completed at least 1/2 of his probation, he can usually move for early termination of Probation. We file the Motion, set up the Hearing, and then attend the Hearing and argue your case. Getting off probation early can save the client lots of criminal exposure, time, and money.
