Fleeing and Eluding

Fleeing and Eluding (Florida Statute 316.1935) – Willfully refusing or failing to stop a vehicle in compliance with police lights or a police order. This is a minimum of a 3rd Degree Felony (high speeds, accidents, injuries, death, etc. bump it up to even a more serious crime).
