Domestic Violence

Any time the police are called out regarding a domestic disturbance, it is likely that someone is going to get arrested, go to jail and not be released until he or she appears before a Judge. The terms of release often involve a bond and a no contact order. You can be arrested for pushing your spouse or child, spitting at your spouse or child, grabbing your spouse or child, bumping into your spouse or child, and/or throwing anything at your spouse or child, etc. etc.
