Reckless Driving

Reckless Driving (Florida Statute 316.192) – Driving any vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property. This is a Special Misdemeanor which carries a maximum penalty of up to ninety (90) days in the County Jail. A conviction results in four (4) points being assessed against the citizen’s driver license.
